Introduction

POM = Sum of the points along 1 month
Only the best result (ranking) are counting for one track and one category!
So by improving twice the same time the same month only the last (and best) reached ranking is counted!
POQ = Sum of 3 POM (since 2011)
POY = Sum of 12 POM (since 2011)

Minimum points for an award

POM&pom : min 100 points
POQ : min 300 points
POY : min 1200 points

Coeff of 50% if your time is over the limit arbitrarily fixed to :
- 115% of the best FLAP Non-NBT/NBT
- 115% of the best FLAP NBT in OPEN
- 132% (115%^2) of the best 5LAP Non-NBT/NBT
- 132% (115%^2) of the best 5LAP NBT in OPEN
